"Things went smoothly, except for having to re-route the gas line, but Egress, Inc. handled contacting the gas company and coordinating things with them.  The office staff communicated so well about any issues.  Exceptional service from all personnel - truly exceptional in this day and age!  I would use them again in a heartbeat.  Because my window well was only 3 feet, it did not require a ladder, but when I asked for one, they readily agreed to cut one down and will be coming out next week to install.  First-class business from every aspect!

"We replaced our siding with Hardie Fiber Cement pre-painted siding. We also had the windows on the upper level replaced. Keith, the owner of GS Exterior Experts, stated the job should take about 2 weeks (10 business days) to complete. We were a little skeptical of that time frame, but lo and behold they finished a day early!! Keith was onsite for the full 9 nine days, supervising and also working alongside his crew on the house as well. They removed and disposed of the old siding, added extra insulation foamboards to the house, installed new windows on the upper level, and then installed the siding. They took care to ensure the trim and other facades of the house matched what was there previously and within our HOA guidelines. The only mishap was when they re-attach the 1-inch thick cord from the AC unit that ran along the side of the house. The cord was very loose and did not pass the house inspection when we were selling the house. We had to hire an electrician to fix. Keith graciously reimbursed us for the cost of the electrician. Overall, Keith and his crew did a great job - they were fast, efficient, polite and very professional. If we need our next home re-sided, we would consider hiring GS Exterior Experts again."
