Hired this contractor to reroof my house. On May18 th I gave him the money to buy the material. He finished the project and left my property with his travel trailer on June 13 th. Came back for one on June 17th for punchlist work. I never signed a contract with him even after asking for one. He insisted his estimate was the contract. I refused to pay him the balance owed until he gave me a signed contract. Today is June 24th and I still havent received a signed contract. I told him to send me a signed contract , then I would sign it and send it back with a check for a balance of the contract by registered mail. There is alot more to this story, but too long to send in a message. He should not be on Angis List. John Cxxxxx (remove number)
