Carl did a great job. There were unforseen structural problems once the job began but he communicated well and gave us our options all along the way. I gave him free reign for the shower and what he did was gorgeous and beyond my expectations. Honestly is really important to me and Carl is a man who can be trusted.

He is a very busy contractor and he has a great team of other professionals that turn out very nice work. Be sure you do not need something quickly because his time was precious He was almost exact on his bid price so there were no hidden surprises. He turned a very hum drum bath to a wonderful retreat that accomodates my disabilities 5 thumbs up for Peak and Prarie

Carl did a fantastic job tiling our bathroom floor and tub area. He was professional and knowledgable. Not only does he do excellent work but he is also well-priced. The job I had Carl to do for me was very big. He added a 750 sqft sunroom addition onto the front of my home, tying into the existing roof and matching existing stucco. I also had him reroof my whole home and add a covered walk tying into a shed that hadn't been delivered yet. It turned out beautiful. He did a great job and kept the cost within budget. I'm very happy with his workmanship and customer service, especially when faced with a problem. I'd definitely recommend him. He's easy to work with too. The job may have taken longer than expected, but when all of the building materials get delayed because a major hurricane diverts the entire country's supply chain to storm damaged areas, there's not much that can be done to overcome that but wait. Carl is straightforward and dependable. Overall, the finished work is excellent; you can't even tell that the room is an addition from the inside or the outside of the house. If I do have any problems (which I don't expect to), I know that I can count on Carl to come and address them. He's trustworthy and cares about his work. That's rare. No need to look further, he's the guy for your job. His subcontractors on my job were excellent too. The roofers were the only ones I had any trouble with, but Carl addressed the problem without question. Thanks Carl!! I'll call you first for future projects!

Carl is the best general contractor I've worked with. His communication is excellent, he does what he says, and the quality of his work is fantastic. Carl oversaw and completed a total remodel of our guest room bathroom, and an extensive renovation of an old pool house into a guest house. Everything except the foundation and some studs on the pool house were redone, including floor joists, roof, stucco, remodeling of floor plan, kitchen, bathroom, living room, plumbing & electrical. The whole 9 yards. It was a pretty high-end remodel with custom cabinets, ceramic mock-hardwood floors, granite countertops, and high end doors/fixtures. The building now looks and feels brand new, and the craftsmanship is superb. The projects came in within the contingency budget. There were a few unsurprising and reasonable additions to the original budget, such as redoing the floor joists as they were rotted out. One of the best things about working with Carl is he thought through so many of the elements that I wouldn't have. He thinks through his projects. Carl doesn't take shortcuts, and we know our finished guest cottage is going to last many, many years. We are very pleased and will be using Carl on future projects as well.

Mr Rasmussen did a terrify job in the bathroom of one of our apartments. He provided quality work at an affordable rate. He has a team of talented people that he supervises. Carl is very good at what he did . everything was delivered on site as he ordered. I changed the angle of the wheel chair ramp, or he would have had the right railing brackets on site. He is a craftsmen were lucky to have him. Superior work. We'll never need to do anymore. He wouldn't disappoint anyone.
