Aaron was a tremendous help for this job. Worked closely with us to insure exactly what we wanted and also identified an unknown (to us) problem with the siding. After that repair, the house powerwashing, minor trim/caulk work, the painting went very quickly.

Rene and his team did a great job on a very big job (about 10,000 sq ft total) . They arrived on time, worked tirelessly throughout the day, and were very detail oriented. The house and garage/barn look fantastic.

Office and salesman produced everything as discussed and were quick to respond to questions and concerns. Paint crew was punctual and did an excellent job of application and cleanup. The contract price was almost $1600 less than nearest competitor. The paint lines and finish work were better than I ever did on my own.

This might not have been the cheapest estimate, but their work was outstanding! They were prompt, professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. Highly recommended!!

The team from Certa Pro did a fantastic job painting the exterior of my home. There are some tricky spots to reach and they were able to navigate it all. The house just looks stunning. I appreciated every day I was kept informed where they would be painting, their feedback on the trim choices and their complete professionalism.

CertaPro Castle Rock just completed the exterior window and gutter painting at our home in Larkspur. There are dozens of windows and intricate window panes and probably 10 exterior doors they painted flawlessly and quickly. You expect to have some issues when you hire contractors but I am thrilled to say we had no snags with the outstanding work the painting professionals did. We couldn't be happier. Also, the service from start to stop all the way around was a great experience. I highly recommend CertaPro Castle Rock !

Very good workmanship and attention to detail by Alfonso and his brothers. They were very protective of our furniture and the rustic wood trim and ceiling beams.

Simply Fantastic! CertaPro Painters of Castle Rock just completed painting the entire interior of our home. The experience, start to finish, sets the new standard for quality home painting! This is our fifth house, all have been painted by different companies (some several times) and none came close to the outstanding customer service provided by Kevin (Owner) and Doreen (Office Associate) or the extraordinary workmanship his painting crew demonstrated. This was a complicated job with very high ceilings, many built in shelves and recessed accents that the crew effortlessly made beautiful! The crew was made up of true craftsmen who took pride in their work, took great care with our home, were punctual, polite and a pleasure to have doing the job! The finished product is a reflection of the professionals that Kevin and CertaPro of Castle Rock send to your home! As I said before – Simply Fantastic!

We listed our house in Castle Rock, CO, for sale in December of 2017. I contacted CertaPro Castle Rock immediately as we desperately needed to have sun damaged areas of the house scraped, and then a fresh coat of paint applied. We were also dealing with the winter season in Colorado, so needed it done at a time the paint would adhere and not suffer the effects of the winter. CertaPro did the job immediately and did great work. I could not be happier and gladly recommend them to do your project and would use them again without hesitation. This company is absolutely amazing! They go over and beyond with their quality of work and it's unlike any other painting company. The office staff and owner stops by to make sure you are satisfied with job performance and making sure the crew is doing the job at your satisfaction. The crew is very experienced and neat and I mean neat! When the job is complete they will walk through the whole home with you and make sure you are happy. I CANNOT recommend enough. Absolutely a happy customer here.

Kevin the owner was great and was on top of everything. Zach did the estimate and was very professional and listened to our needs as he gave us professional advice when we were making our decisions on paint, walls and all wood work. The painting crew was very detailed and our home looks great. We are very picky and spend a lot of time looking into companies when we have work done in our home. CertaPro met all our needs and expectations. The reviews were helpful to confirm our decision to go with CertaPro for our painting. We plan on using them for another home we have in the future.

Planning, pricing and work performed was excellent. Our painters Jose and Anthony were true professionals.

Painters did a good job of prep and paint on the exterior of our home. They came down on price a few hundred dollars to be competitive. They communicated very well. Not always prompt, but did a good job of cleaning, caulking, prepping, painting and cleaning up.

Our overall experience with CertaPro of Douglas County was exceptional.

The quality of the work was superior. Kevin and his team made sure that we were satisfied before they left. They did a walk-through with us to make sure there were no areas they missed and touched up any areas we wanted touched up. It was almost impossible to find anything that needed touching up. The crew was always on time and took meticulous care of the furniture, floor, and woodwork to ensure paint did not get on it. They cleaned up after themselves and never left any type of mess. Kevin was very helpful and provided a person to assist with color selection. Everyone at CertaPro--Kevin, the paint crew, and office staff were pleasant to deal with and very professional.

My rating on price is based on the fact I did not get other quotes so I don't know how they compare to other companies. I assume their price is competitive. We hired CertaPro based on the feedback on Angie's list and were not disappointed.

My husband and I decided it was time to have our exterior of our home painted. We interviewed several companies and contractors to provide this service. Upon arrival with Alan Padilla the project manager of CertaPro Painting company presented a proposal for our home project and it was very easy to review, very organized and very detail oriented. The overall professionalism is excellent with the crew members and the communication throughout the process was great! The end result in the exterior painting of our home exceeded our expectations. Our home looks so much better and beautiful thanks to CertaPro Painters of Douglas County. I would highly recommend this company for your interior and exterior painting projects. The CertaPro crew did excellent work.  They were courteous, professional, and did clean and fast work.  I would not hesitate to call them again when the need arises and will certainly recommend their services to anyone who needs them.  

Got 4 quotes.  CertaPro was second highest, (but much less than highest)  I chose them because of the process they use in giving quotes on the the same day and in a very professional manner.  I was most impressed with getting an appointment for the quote with one phone call.  I called 8 contractors over 2 weeks and 4 never called back.  The others, except Certapro were all days later.   This process gave me the confidence in them to do what they say they'll do, and they did.  They were also very accommodating in using my preferred paint brand, Benjamin Moore.  They normally use Sherwin Williams.  I was impressed with the person I met with, calling their paint supplier, on the spot, to get the correct pricing for the different grade levels of Moore paint, so that I had a choice.  Once again a great customer focused process.  
The work was scheduled and nimbly rescheduled due to weather.  The painters worked expertly, neatly, and made a point of talking to me before and after each days work.  My only criticism regarding their professionalism was what I think was a bad overly risky decision to tie two ladders together to reach a high spot, because they didn't have a ladder long enough.  My house is 2 and a half stories (garden level basement) with a normal peaked roof.  There are many houses in my area that are three story walk-outs, on steep lots, and much higher than mine.  Seems having a long enough ladder should be a common tool in this area. They are of course insured, but I was still very concerned for the safety of the painters.  In the end they did reach the high spots and did an excellent job painting it and the rest of the house.
I was overall very satisfied with the process and the results.    

Couldn't be happier - it was GREAT.  Estimates from three contractors; Certa Pro was here mid-June to bid.  We received bids of $4900, $3200, and $3550 -- chose the last one from Certa Pro because the first was obviously inflated (and yes, we compared apples to apples with regards to paint type and quality); first estimator kept telling me about the "great price" she'd given us..  The lowest bid would have involved only a two-man crew, and more time - which we didn't have considering at least one homeowner should be on site when work done, and we both work full-time.  Certa Pro's estimator was the most professional of the three in our opinion as the representative arrived on time, was dressed nicely, spoke well - there is something to be said about having a company car with logos as well as a logo shirt.  Sorry, but it did make an impression, and then when Alan walked around the house and my concerns were voiced, he took note.  Plans were to have work done late July due to Certa Pro's schedule, but when an earlier date came up, we were notified by Allison and kept in constant contact before, during, and after work.  Rene arrived with his crew,  and power wash was done on one day.  With the warm weather, house dried in time to have painting begin next day.   There was a large crew, and they arrived at the time promised each day.  Initial paint work done in one day following prep, mask and caulk.  Windows and plants were covered, prep work done, painting commenced and on first day our home was almost done.  Second day was 5 hours of hand painting of trim and accent work as we asked.  Everything used in the painting was cleaned up, anything moved returned to its original place.  One month from estimate to finished product.  Wow!  We are MORE than pleased, especially with Rene and his crew, and recommend Certa Pro of Douglas County to anyone looking for an exceptional job on exterior paint for their home.
