Platinum Plumbing & Drain

We initially talked in March, set up an appointment 2 weeks later. He needed to cancel and reschedule. We scheduled following week. Cancelled again same day. Was supposed to call me that evening and try to schedule a third time. I didn't hear from him for weeks. About a month later he scheduled another day and time. Didn't show and I haven't heard from him since. I had a simple clogged sink in bathroom. Before all the scheduled appointments,came,collected $50 and said my project would be in the $700 range and would need to go in behind the kitchen stove to correct the issue. Meantime, I called another plumber who was suggested. He came,fixed the problem in 30 minutes and charged $205. Not only did he cancel twice,he no showed the third time. I'm $50 out but grateful he didn't follow through and over charge me.

My water heater failed and was leaking. I called over a half dozen outfits and got a wide range costs. At the end of a very long day trying to find a company I felt good about I posted on Angi as a last effort. John with Plantinum Plumboing called me immediately. He was generous with his extensive knowledge (I ask a lot of questions!), time and truly wants to do right by his customers. That was demonstrated at every stage! To make a long story short, I felt completely at ease and confident with him and hired him. He did an excellent job but also went above and beyond! He actually acquired an better quality unit from an the commercial-grade supply house he uses when they were out of the one he originally proposed. It was more expensive but he did not charge me that extra amount. Just the kind of man he is. A consummate professional! When you imagine what you really want in a service company but think they do not exist? John and Platinum Plumbing are actually it! Try him!

He was extremely professional and courteous. He returned calls very promptly and kept the customer up to date on when he would be there. He also was accurate with how long the project would take.

I had the pleasure of having John from Platinum Plumbing & Drain come out to my home to replace my Hot Water Tank. I am writing this letter to appreciate the brilliant services of John. John was knowledgeable, friendly and provided outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to provide me with outstanding service. He keep me informed as to what needed to be completed.
