"My wife and I have had a few projects done by Dillan and we were very impressed with the quality craftsmanship. It is so refreshing to hire someone who possesses such high standards of professionalism and curtesy. I highly recommend Larry's Legacy Landworks. They consistently do the work that was agreed upon within the agreed timeline."
"These guys did a great job on our deck repair project. They replaced 4x4 support posts with sturdier 6x6 posts on our deck as had been recommended in our home inspection before we purchased. They also evened out a place where the deck boards had shifted to be lower than the rest of the deck. The team, headed by Juan, did an efficient, impressive job getting everything completed faster than I would have imagined (on some very hot days, I might add.) And the whole crew was so good natured & polite. Mark came out to go over the quote before the project started. He understood the needs for this deck repair so well that he was able to come in at nearly half what our highest bid for the protect was. He saw how to do the project in ways others hadn't realized it could be done. Because of that, he saved us A LOT of time, effort, and money with his proposal, and it worked perfectly! Great professionals!! We are super satisfied. Can't wait to get Marco's Construction out to help with more projects around our property! I would highly recommend them for others' projects as well!"
"From the beginning of the project, Conrad and John were very helpful. We were selling our home and during an inspection found that there was damage to the roof that we didn't know about. Our insurance adjuster recommended a new roof for the house. This was the first time we had ever filed a claim against our home owners policy so we were a little stressed by that. Conrad and John explained their process and how they would proceed. Even with the stress of a first time claim and the sale of the home, we had no stress from the completion of the work. Even our real estate agent spoke with Conrad during the process and told us that she was very impressed with the level of communication from them. They did a great job and the house closed on time with happy new buyers."
"Wonderful customer service and beautiful work. Will continue to utilize Elevated Contracting for all our future home upgrades. Highly recommend these guys!"
"My cement front porch was sinking and crooked. Because the porch had sunk, the porch post had detached from the porch ceiling, so I was wedging it to prevent it from falling over. I also had a cracked driveway and needed a piece of house siding near the porch replaced because it had dried cement on it. I received estimates from several contractors listed on the HomeAdvisor website. The contractors I spoke with said they could not fix or replace my porch post nor replace the house siding piece, and some of them provided written cost estimates without itemizing the work they would perform. I was relieved to learn upon meeting with Jason of S & R Eagle Services that this company was capable of fully completing my project. I do not regret my decision to hire S & R Eagle Services. This company performed honest, professional work. The workers were skilled and cleaned up daily. My porch and driveway look beautiful now, and my porch post and siding piece have been replaced and painted to match my home. GOOD COMPANY"
"I found his company on Angie's list and their bid was one of the three that I received. Earl came out and gave me a bid. He seemed very knowledgeable and listened to our needs (and our budget). He had some very helpful suggestions. We were considering getting an over-sized 2-car garage but ended up having them do a 3-car because it didn't cost much more for the larger option. Their price waas very reasonable so we hired them. We worked with both Ken and Earl throughout the process. Both were helpful and easy to work with. They pulled all the permits and did everything they said they were going to do. We had good communication throughout. All the the crews that came out were very pleasant and respectful. Things moved along swiftly with very few problems. They removed a small tree for me (without charge) and reconnected the fence that needed to be taken down to build the garage. The gate of the fence was actually quite bent up (from the neighbors across the alley running into it with their car), before it was taken down. The guys at Affordable Garages actually re-used a section of the fence that was is good condition and rebuilt the gate so that it looks and functions much better than it did before. They just finished the garage and it looks great! I couldn't be more pleased. I am hoping to have them do a home addition soon."
"Service was excellent. The price was more than fair and work was completed the same day. Repaired fence and assembled patio furniture. Returning to set up garage shelving. Referred him to my neighbor to refinish her patio. Very satisfied."
"All the work was on time and to satisfaction! The crew was kind and professional! I would definitely use this company again for all my home improvements!"

Barndominium Builders questions, answered by experts
It’s much less expensive to build a house with wood. This is because wood is relatively inexpensive, strong enough to endure decades or even centuries of weathering and pressure, and is easier to replace if there are issues. The cost of stone houses are incredibly expensive, heavy, time-consuming to build, and difficult to repair.
It may be tempting to DIY the construction of a swing set to save money, but we don’t recommend it. Since children will use the swing set, the entire system must be solid and safe, meaning the cost savings aren’t worth potentially endangering them. Plus, most DIYers will have to build their swing sets out of wood, which won’t last as long as metal or vinyl and introduces the risk of splinters. Instead, hire a local playground equipment installer to ensure the swing set is built safely and efficiently, setting up your kids for fun for years to come.
You may need a local building permit and written permission from your homeowner’s association to install a shed, especially if you’re doing any substantial land clearing or installing electricity or plumbing. Permit requirements vary between municipalities, so research the local laws before starting your project. If you hire a contractor to build the shed, they can help determine which permits will be necessary.
Whether building a playground or installing a pre-made one is more affordable depends on the materials of each. In most cases, it’s more affordable to build a wooden playground than it is to buy one and have it professionally installed, but it might be less expensive to invest in a pre-made plastic playground, even if you pay a professional to install it. Wooden playgrounds tend to last longer, but as children age, they will become less valuable. Overall, it may be most affordable to have a pro install a pre-made plastic playground.
If you’re building a pole barn in place of a traditional home, lenders usually don’t offer traditional mortgages for these structures. You can also expect higher insulation costs and building permits may not be allowed in your area. Even if you’re just using a pole barn as storage or as a shelter for animals, these structures are less durable than steel buildings and require more maintenance.
