"Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."

They also kept the site pretty clean, given all that was happening, and my neighbors really appreciated that. I had a structural engineer involved in the project and Eli worked so well with the engineer. "The project was a 25’ sidewalk alongside my house and resetting a gate post and the four posts of a grape arbor. We got four estimates and chose RP Concrete. Rafael helped design the walkway, which needed to go from 4’ wide to 3’ wide, and asked me to approve the layout before he poured the concrete. He and his crew also removed the 18’ long, 8’ high grape arbor and reset the four posts without disturbing or damaging the attached grape vines. I didn’t think that could be done. We’re very happy with his work. The sidewalk looks great. The arbor is fixed and stronger than before. The gate post is no longer leaning. RP Concrete worked quickly and at a fair price. Rafael is genuinely a nice guy, too. I would definitely recommend RP Concrete."

"Rich Che and the CNS Empire Landscape crew did fabulous improvements on our family home in Wheat Ridge. They corrected drainage on three sides of an addition so water flows away from the house instead of into the crawlspace; replaced 30 feet of exit pipe from the perimeter drain around the foundation of the addition; installed new sod; and removed weeds from landscaped rock areas in the front yard. The improvements look great. Shortly afterwards, I engaged an inspector to check the foundation. The inspector said he visits about 400 houses each year, and this drainage remediation is among the best he’s seen."
