"They came as scheduled. I had to ask them to redo several windows that same day as I noticed they missed several marks/smudges. Sometimes they commented that they thought marks were part of the glass, but then after rework it proved otherwise. I requested they reconsider their "over the phone estimate" as we don't have many windows (3 sides of basement, the "second story", have no windows, and north side of main level has only two small bathroom windows) but they said they could only reduce the price from $375 to $325. This for 2 people and less than 2 hours of cleaning time. Then after they left, I noticed about 5 windows that still had marks. I called them that same day and left a message. I called them again the next day at about 6pm and caught them in their office; they said they would come back out to correct the problem within a week, but never showed. I called them once a week (and left a message) for each of the following 3 weeks, but they never returned my calls. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed."

Colorado Construction came in and did the job all in one day and even ensured that we liked what we had done prior to leaving. They have followed up several times to see if we were still satisfied. When and if I ever need gutters or other work that they do performed I will be calling back on them."
