Sometimes they commented that they thought marks were part of the glass, but then after rework it proved otherwise. I called them again the next day at about 6pm and caught them in their office; they said they would come back out to correct the problem within a week, but never showed. I called them once a week (and left a message) for each of the following 3 weeks, but they never returned my calls. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed."
