The two crew members were very kind and super efficient. They explained how the windows fold out and to clean them efficiently. The quality of the windows seem to be really great! They also did a great job cleaning up all the spaces underneath the windows after the jobs were done. Would definitely recommend using Power for jobs in the future."

"I had siding replaced and very displeased with the entire process. The crew did a poor job for what I paid and have already had to be back out here 3 times in a month to fix their mistakes. Crew cheif never checked the work to determine if the quality was up to the company standard. The crew left the property a mess with my belongings scattered around the yard. They had leftover pieces scattered as well. The craftsmanship and quality was aubpar for the price. No care for the property. Damaged driveway, roof, windows, and garden bed. Chalking already cracking. Large gaps in the siding. Siding already buckeling. Seams not together. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and still no response. I was promised certain tasks at point of sale that company will not follow up on. Over all this company treats their customers as money and gets in and out with little oversight or quality check. I am very displeased with the product I got for the money I paid. Will never recommend."

"Original work went well. The poor rating is based on the companies lack of courtesy to return phone calls/emails and not standing by their guarantee and make repairs in a timely fashion. I had hired Love Your Stucco to repair and re-stucco my home several years ago. In June of 2020, I noticed a section of stucco on a corner of my house had broken off and initially called the company to inquire about repairing that area of my house. I had left a telephone message and after a week of no return communication, I went to the company website and left an email message. A co-owner contacted me, asked for pictures, had come to my house to observe the damage and stated they would make the repairs. On July 27th, I had contacted the company through voicemail and emails to inquire about their plans to repair the stucco on my house. I had received a voicemail in return stating my home repairs were on their schedule but would not occur until the end of summer. I again called and left a voicemail and sent an email on September 28th to inquire about the repair plans. As of November 28th, the company has not returned my call nor my email and has not completed the stucco repairs as guaranteed and agreed upon. I would not recommend this company."

We chose Carpenter Roofing to complete our roofing project. Their price was right and we really like keeping our dollars local. We added 26 gauge Pro Panel II metal roofing, and Velux glass skylights to replace our old plastic dome skylights. Chaz listened to our specific concerns with a area of our roof which accumulates annual ice dams. He suggested additional snow rails to slow the snow load in the valleys. They located some degraded plywood and professionally replaced it to shore up the base. Chaz and his team impressed us with his communication skills, professionalism and promptness. The team always showed up on time and were ready to put in a full days work. They meticulously cleaned up after every days work and their final product was just as we could have ever imagined. Carpenter Roofing is HIGHLY recommended!"
