He made sure to get the heat tape installed before the next big storm hit even coming by on a Sunday to finish the electrical hook up and install the wifi connected controller box. He seems very knowledgeable and experienced. He was recommended to me by a friend who said the Scott was "the best contractor I have ever worked with!" I agree and cannot recommend him highly enough."
