"We loved working with Ernest. He answered every question I had in a very timely manner (within minutes of my text). We have 100% exterior siding (no rock or brick. Our house was a big job and Ernestâ s crew had our James Hardy siding completely finished within 2 weeks and they were able to start immediately. The crew worked non-stop except to break for lunch. "There was Thomas, Adam, and Eric that came to my home and install the new windows. They were very professional about their work, if I had questions, they would give me answers. They were here early, I was told they be here about 11:00 am. they got here about 9:00 and started on the windows. I love the windows!!! All the guys were courteous, sociable, and did a perfect job. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Really great. Michael the owner is dedicated to excellence in every aspect of his company. Michael took very good care of us, as did his office staff, and the roofers themselves. Michael immediately saw that there was no vent thru roof for the upstairs bath fan as we have no attic. He helped saved us from a potential future problem and added expense as we are selling our home. Everyone was so nice and respectful. His prices are competitive and fair. Roofing was delivered. Home was roofed in one day. They cleaned up everything. You never knew they were there. The roof looks fantastic. Michael came back personally to do the final walkthrough and he did some caulking for us (he didn't have to) so the wasps wouldn't go under the flashing. Michael is the best.
