Very pleased. This was a small job that I couldn't even get call-backs on. It was done quickly and professionally, and he even provided a thorough inspection to ensure that there wasn't damage we weren't aware of. For several months I struggled with my insurance company who was NOT going to cover the hail damage on my roof. They met with me to check for hail damage and provided an estimate for the work as well as giving me information regarding the choice of shingles. They met with the insurance adjuster and worked that system to maximize the payment. They coordinated with the solar panel company to arrange for timely removal and reinstallation of the panels. They showed up when they said and completed the job quickly.

Jason was great! He kept us in the loop the whole time. He got us onto the schedule during some nice weather during the winter when most roofers were not out working yet. He continued to work with the insurance company and even got them to pay for more than they originally said they would. Insurance only wanted to pay for painting 2 sides of the house and no gutters. When the claim was finalized, we got a new roof, gutters and full paint job. I never really had to haggle with the insurance company at all, as Jason did all the work for us! I would highly recommend Hart Roofing and Jason for any roofing needs, especially after a hail storm.

After a local hail storm, at our request Hart Roofing came out and examined two roofs for hail damage. After their examination of our home and one of our rental properties it was determined there was hail damage on our home only. We scheduled an appointment with the insurance adjuster and Bruce from Hart Roofing. After establishing a claim with the insurance company we got scheduled with Hart Roofing. Our job was a good size, requiring removal of an 8 year old roof with hail damange, repairing the existing roof and reshingling the house, garage and shed. Hart roofing communicated with us consistently when the weather delayed starting. As work started and progressed, everyone was punctual, knowledgeable and worked hard until dark for two days completing our job. All employees were extremely courteous and hard working. When all was done, everything was cleaned up like they'd never been here, we have not found a single nail. The building inspector also felt they did and outstanding job. Hart roofing has done multiple jobs for us over the past 10 years, they have done our home, several rental properties, roofing on jobs that we have worked on (we are general contractors) and we have referred them to family and friends. They are far superior to any other roofer we've worked with. Hart Roofing knows roofing and products and has great pricing. I was initially contacted by a simple door to door inquiry on whether or not I needed this service. Coincidently (or not) my neighborhood experienced a recent hail storm. I took this opportunity to have them inspect my roof to determine whether damage had occurred. I'm a jack of many trades and always willing to learn more so I went onto the roof with them and had them explained to me what they were looking for and their reasoning. I knew enough to tell if they were on the up and up and I must say Hart Roofing knew their business. We then sat down and opened a claim with my insurance company. A week or so later the insurance company and Hart Roofing inspected the roof together along with other aspects of possible hail damage around my house and the claim was justified. A check was issued and we scheduled to have the work done. Within a few days and maybe a week before they had scheduled the job they brought the material. Roofing is one of those things that clearly is impacted by weather and although my schedule was initially postponed it wasn't but another day or so before they started the work. On that day work started wouldn't you know it another thunderstorm was rolling through my neighborhood. I called Hart Roofing concerned and was assured that the roof had been sealed so no damage would occur. Upon my arrival home I did an inspection internally and confirmed there was no damage. However my next concern was if they would be able to complete the job that same day due to the delay. Well they stayed until the job was completed, This may not be the case every time depending on how large the roofing area is, But for my house they were able to do it. So in short I was extremely pleased with there effort the work and the communication throughout the process, And although not part of their business I was able to use them to gain other contacts to have additional work done to the house that was needed from the hail damage. Super responsive!!  Easy to work with and very quick to respond to phone calls and emails.  They showed up on time and did what they said they would do.  This was my first experience with a major insurance claim, and the owner helped me through the process and made it really easy.  And when I had a concern with something after the work was complete, he was just as responsive as when I initially contacted him for an estimate.  Hart Roofing was referred to me by my next door neighbor who had used them several years prior and was a return customer for the same reasons I recommend them and would use them again.

They roofed the house when they said they would do it. They did it very quickly. They cleaned up the area afterwards. The completed job was excellent. They did it for the cost of the estimate. A great company and very professional.

The roofing job was complicated because we have 43 solar panels on our roof that needed to be removed by our solar contractor before the roof could be replaced, and then needed to be reinstalled after the new roof passed inspection.  The roof removal and replacement was handled professionally and Bruce was a pleasure to work with.  He worked with our insurance company to get them to cover the greatest extent of the damages possible.  Hart subcontracted out the gutter replacement, the exterior paint repair and the window replacement, but all of the subcontractors were top notch.  Many of my neighbors had their first floor alarm leads ruined when the windows were replaced, but I had pointed this out to the installer, and he saved the wires, so that it was simple to have my alarm company come out and place new magnetic sensors in the new windows.

The biggest issue that occurred was the roof initially failed inspection because of some minor issues with the flashing, that the Denver inspector didn't like.  Hart took care of it immediately, but because Denver was running so far behind on inspections, we had to delay reinstalling our solar panels until the roof passed re-inspection.  This caused us to lose solar production for an extended period of time.  This issue was far more Denver's inspection wait time than Hart's, but it was frustrating that the roof failed inspection in the first place.

The best part about dealing with Hart roofing was that they were honest and honorable to work with.  I never felt like I was being mislead or that they were trying to be anything less than ethical.  I would recommend them and will use them again, should the need arise.

It went really well, the material showed up when it was supposed to, the crew showed up and worked hard and completed the job in one day. My renters were very pleased that the crew was very nice and respectful of them and their home.
