"We wanted to replace carpeting on the stairs and hallway with laminate and wanted a customer-service oriented company that would provide quality work. We chose Elephant Floors because of great past reviews, a fast estimate of the work to be performed, and responsiveness to all of my questions. Once we obtained the quote, Daniil of Elephant Floors was very helpful in also providing suggestions on styling, materials, and where to purchase materials at wholesale prices. The installation was promptly scheduled and the work was completed within the estimated timeframe. For the installation, our furniture was covered with plastic to protect it from dust which was a bonus that they took the extra effort which shows pride in their work. We were very pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism of the installer, Sam. Daniil was onsite at the beginning and completion of the work and ensured that everything was completed to our satisfaction. They cleaned everything up, inside and outside, at the completion of the job. The entire project was completed within a week which was great! Elephant Floors was a pleasure to do business with, and we would not hesitate to have them help us with future projects."

When I tried calling them back and trying to see if they can come back to try to work on the high traffic area I was so surprised how the team member who told me he was the owner talked like he didnt care. We had to hire a local carpet cleaner who did a much better job. I was so disappointed with this service. I usually do my homework before hiring someone but in this case, I trusted Angis website to hire this team. I will NOT be using Angis site in the future."

KMC was extremely and arguably over responsive with messages on Angi and text messages from the owner, the office manager, and Yoshiko. After discussing the project's requirements with Yoshiko, she offered to send a tech the next day to measure and quote the price and details of the job. Bryan showed up within the two-hour window and was honest and professional with my questions and how to remedy some difficult food, drink, and ink stains. We agreed the scope of work, and he performed the job as agreed. The truck mounted system is top of the line. There's no need to hook-up to your sink or outside water. Bryan offered three options for the stain removal. I authorized option 3 after the first two didn't work. In short, I wouldn't hesitate to use this pro again."
