When extenuating events occurred (e.g., discovering a massive trunk under the dirt, third-party delivery truck stalling in neighborhood street, etc.), Mike immediately took action and addressed the issues to ensure project remained within reasonable timelines and within agreed budget. Furthermore, when we decided to pivot from original project plan, Mike was very receptive and easy to work with. Will definitely use Mike for future landscaping and paving needs!"
