We hired Handy Home Solutions to install a dishwasher. We didn't have a dishwasher previously, and needed the current cabinets cut out to make space for the dishwasher, and install the plumbing needed. Unfortunately, our home is very old and there were some electrical issues Phil had to deal with. However, he still completed the job in one day to fit our timeline as we were leaving for a few days the very next day after the work was scheduled. It appeared that he took great care of the dishwasher while putting it in to not damage anything. The finished result looks amazing. I've already referred him to others who may need his services. I will definitely reach out to him again should I need anything else done.

Philip was able to replace rotted boards and substructure of our deck. It is again solid and looks really good. He also designed and constructed a wooden rail with step rails around our front porch which is a great addition to our porch and safety walking up and down our front stairs. Prices were very reasonable was work was completed in a timely manner.

Philip was great! Punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I have’t had much luck with contractors or handymen. However, Philip, did an awesome job with replacing the vanity and the sink in the bathroom. It wasn’t an easy task, as he had to come up with solutions due to the vanity’s different base. He was creative and worked around the issues while they were coming up. He had to install new towel handles, shower rods, toilet paper holder, etc. After he removed the old accessories, he patched up the walls so well, one cannot tell the difference. He also left the work space completely clean. He is a keeper. I will definitely call him again.

BAD! We at least had a flow where we could run our dishwasher, but after this guy fiddled with our faucets underneath and having said we need to have a plumber come in and tear out the galvanized pipe down to the first elbow, I came home from work and there is barely a trickle of water coming from the spout....we can't even run our dishwasher or fill the **** coffee pot! We called him this morning 8/24/19 and asked that he at least return the water flow to what it was before he was here. He said I told you it would get worse before better. I have tried to locate his license number at the Contractors State License Board.....his number is short one digit and most men/women are proud to be licensed with the CSLB. I will be reporting him to the CSLB as operating without a proper license. He made a reference that we are throwing him under the bus.....really? We got thrown under the bus by HIM! Leaving us without a decent flow of water! I am wondering why he gave a business card which does not have an address, the correct number of digits in the "license #", and why he thinks WE are throwing him under the BUS when actually we are left with a trickle of flow....this is totally unacceptable and apprehensible service! He actually made things worse.....he didn't charge us...nor should he...WE should charge him! Tim and Cindy

My husband and I are so pleased with Phillip's (Handy Home Solutions) work, neatness, his commitment on keeping his word on the work schedule, his timeliness, professionalism and most of all his honesty. I trust him and did not feel like I had to question his work at all. We asked Phillip if he could remove a 30 year old bathtub and tiles, along with capping off the bathtub water supply because we wanted to open our bathroom with additional spacing. Not only did Phillip accomplish that, he built a beautiful customized bench next to our window where the old bathtub use to be using quality supplies. Also, the bathroom required drywall work and my husband and I could not be more happier with the quality of work he has done. Phillip also, suggested other ideas for our electrical outlets and we are happy we went with his suggestion. I highly recommend Handy Home Solutions - Phillip to anyone who is needing any home improvements. I plan to call Phillip again for additional work we need to have done. Phillip Rincon is beyond a handyman!

Phil did a fantastic job, he was not only professional, but very respectful of our house. He covered the work area with safety blanket and a tarp so not to damage anything. Not only did he re-engineer the cabinets but he filled the old screw holes with puffy and stained the areas to match the wood cabinets. He promised to have the work done in a day and half and had it fo e in one day. He was amazing!!!!
