"He changed out our pump and pump motor with a system that is much more efficient!
Ours was an older model and the technology of pump has changed considerably in the last few years.
The address below is NOT the actual address where the work was preformed.
I do not wish to share my son's street address.

"This bilingual company did a wonderful job. The crew was respectful and courteous. We had 32 cubic yard of bark remove, re install drip line for over 20 plants and trees, re wire garden lights, replace boarder with a metal boarder, apply weed barrier then cover area with 36 cubic yard of 3/4-1" of river rock. We are very pleased with their timeline. FYI, the written quote had some grammatical issues, this in part due to being bilingual. The quote reflected our verbal discussion."

Small jobs welcome

"Bruce came across on the phone as both a nice guy and a competent resource for a drainage project. His crew did a nice job well within the agreed timeframe. The job exceeded my expectations and the testing of the drainage system was reported as successful. I'm actually looking forward to our next rainstorm. I consider myself lucky to have located him thru ServiceMagic."

"We had Tito/The Good Earth provide ground cover for the remainder of our yard after we had a pool installed. He responded right away, gave us quick options with obvious cost laid out ahead of time. He was super responsive to questions at all hours and got the work done quickly and professionally. We are thrilled with how it turned out and would absolutely recommend him to any friends /family looking for landscaping. If we have future needs, we hope he is available again."

"We decided to remove our front lawn to reduce water use.  We selected Sacramento Valley Landscape after obtaining several bids. Jeff, the owner, worked with us on the price to help meet our budget for the project. Jeff did all of the work himself, including: installation of brick planters, a flagstone walkway, decomposed granite paths around planters, steel borders, rock stream bed, a small patch of low water use buffalo grass, irrigation system, and a beautiful redwood and metal grate fence. For the initial lawn and plant removal and other site preparation, Jeff worked with one assistant.  All of his work was done with an artistic eye and an attention to detail that we've not seen in prior landscaping work (our back yard was re-landscaped by another company, where the owner was never present, and the work showed it). We could not be more pleased with the outcome!  The quality of Jeff's work is really outstanding.

"I had a very positive experience with Oscar from Dolphin Pool. He loaned me a filter for my pool because I needed a new one and was having a party within 2 days. The only negative thing was that he did not tell me that I would have to pay him or how much when he came out to put in the loaner. By loaning me his filter it gives me time to order a new one myself at a cheaper price but considering what I am paying for his rental and his labor to install the loaner I think it would have been cheaper for me to just go to the pool store and bought my own and had him install it. Now I have to pay for 2 installations. His response to my first contact with you guys was almost immediate and he met my needs since I had a party coming up. I will definitely use your service again."

Fountains questions, answered by experts

Whether a natural pool is worth it depends on several factors because they cost more than traditional pools. Many people opt for natural pools because they enjoy swimming in natural bodies of water such as lakes. Also, if you're environmentally conscious, a natural pool is going to be a much more attractive option than a traditional pool.

Moreover, for people with chemical sensitivities, a natural pool is a great solution since the water doesn’t contain chlorine.

Natural pools don’t necessarily attract snakes, although there is a chance they could stop by for a quick visit. They’re not likely to stay, however, because there’s nothing for snakes to eat in a natural pool environment. A well-maintained natural pool has clear water, so you should be able to easily spot a snake before diving in.

Fountain maintenance is an important part of having a clean foundation in the first place. To keep your fountain water clean, you can use a water additive designed specifically to limit scale, algae, and other buildup in fountains. Or opt to use white vinegar as a pantry-ready water additive.

Small ponds can be drained and filled in about a day. Larger ponds will take two or three days for professional removal.

Yes, your fish should stay alive in a frozen pond if you winterize it properly. By ensuring your pond has enough oxygen, good water quality, and a hole to release harmful gases, your pond and fish have the best chance of staying alive and healthy. However, if you have tropical fish, they should be overwintered indoors.
