Walter was very enthusiastic about the project and was very knowledgeable on the phone during our original conversation, asking good questions to lead him in the right direction to better help us. He was neat clean and also when we came out to see how it was going he was quick to acknowledge us and inform us of what’s going on. Walter is a very upbeat person and has great work ethic with our fountain."

The only negative thing was that he did not tell me that I would have to pay him or how much when he came out to put in the loaner. By loaning me his filter it gives me time to order a new one myself at a cheaper price but considering what I am paying for his rental and his labor to install the loaner I think it would have been cheaper for me to just go to the pool store and bought my own and had him install it. Now I have to pay for 2 installations. His response to my first contact with you guys was almost immediate and he met my needs since I had a party coming up. I will definitely use your service again."
