They did a great job

I feel I was cheated. I never received the service I paid for; I was overcharged. They should never be on Angi list as a reliable source for this type of work.

This has been an absolute nightmare. They did not properly install, so there were major dips in the yard. We asked him to fix, he threw dirt on top and added seeds. He never follows up and he never inspects his work. I now have dips plus piles of dirt with no grass. I contacted him one last time to give him a chance to fix. He said he would come back but never did. Stay away!

Prompt service, got the job done. Even came back twice to help us out as we ran into some issues.

I submitted a request through Angi. Raul called within a few minutes and said he could come the next morning to look at 2 of my sprinklers, one not popping up and the other spraying a fountain of water. He came right when he said he would and was able to fix the problem right then within about 25 minutes.

They repaired my Hunter automatic sprinkler control system

They completed the job quickly and effectively.

Was contacted by phone. I agreed to service next day. Raul came over, and I showed him the problem. I also asked him to identify where the emitters were located. A verbally agreed price was discussed and we shook hands on that. The problem was identified as a bad valve & missing emitters. When time to settle up, i was asked for a payment $100 over what had been agreed to. As I did not get anything in writing, so I don't have a leg to stand on.

Raul is awesome. He fixed my wires to my sprinklers and really went above and beyond. Without a doubt I would hire him anytime.

Raul showed up on a Sunday morning to give me the estimate, and had the job completed by Monday afternoon just like he promised. Looks great and no more leaks!! Would definitely recommend Raul too anyone I know for irrigation repairs.

Several months ago I hired a contractor to fix my sprinkler system, and that person created a nightmare of leaky hoses all around in a big knot. Thank goodness for Raul from 916 Irrigation...I had a sense right away he could be trusted and knows what he is doing. He did not disappoint. I had such a mess that it required digging up concrete and redoing the entire valve system. The pricing was fair, the job was done quickly, and the sprinkler system works again. I can now begin to water my lawn automatically, and the area looks so much better. Raul put the equipment below ground, with a nice cover over it. So it functions better, but also looks SO much better. I could not be happier with the job done. I tried to get quotes from other companies, but they wrote back to me long after I had hired 916 Irrigation. Raul was excellent at communicating which is really important to me when I'm having work done. I hope you will hire Irrigation 916, and I believe you will be quite pleased you did! All the debris was cleaned up, and he went the extra mile of moving one of my sprinklers at no additional cost, to prevent a vehicle from being ruined by water. Need some work done?
