This company was great to work with. Their quote for landscaping our side yard was extremely reasonable. They were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and provided helpful suggestions. Definitely will hire for any future jobs.

Their work was very nice, the finished parts of the yard are beautiful. Once the fencing arrives and is installed, the yard will look many times better than before.

Mario was prompt ,efficent and explained all areas of the job. He was also willing to do the whole job or any part I wanted him to do. I will most likely hire him again. I would recommend him.

Mario called very quickly (within minutes) after my call to Home Advisor and when I tried to set up the appt. he offered a Thursday (it was Monday). When I explained to him that I needed help that day because we were having water intrusion issues into our house and we were about to have 3 solid days of rain, he called back several hours later and said that he could come over that day with another employee. GREAT! Wonderful service. Let me add...Mario and his employee he brought over were great. They were kind and sympathetic to my issue and actually came up with a great (short term) fix. They spent about a half hour at my home trying to figure out how to best fix the issue. Maybe this is my bad, but I was a bit upset about the rest of how it went down. He never gave me a quote on the work he was about to perform, but just jumped right into fixing the problem (but again, maybe this is where I should have had better communication with him). He brought about a 15' length of black corrugated pipe ($5 at Home Depot) and some water proof tape (about 10 cents worth). Taped it onto my downspout (near the source of the problem) and then ran the hose on my roof to make sure it wasn't leaking. He also gave me several suggestions - one was that he could run a line of silicone caulk between the cement and the stucco (where the water was seeping into my home) and then asked where the nearest home improvement store was. When I asked him if it was just regular caulk he said yes and he would go purchase it and do it for me. A little nervous about that, I simply declined and said that I could do that myself. So, as he finished up I asked him, "How much do I owe you?" and he thought about it for about 30 seconds and finally said, "$125 for the travel and gas." WHAT???? At this point I froze and probably should have negotiated that price down, to oooooooh, maybe FIFTY bucks? Instead, I walked into the house where my lovely wife was sitting and broke the news to her that I needed to give this guy a check for $125!!! She looked at me and I know she wanted to slap me. However, she smiled and said, "Well, I guess that's the price we pay for having somebody come out and temporarily fix a really big mess for us?" I sulked off with my check, feeling like an idiot, and handed it to Mario. He then said if I wanted him to do the major fix (in the thousands and thousands of dollars most likely - I got other quotes) he would deduct the $125. Again, he was a nice guy, came out quickly, jumped right in to help me (had the materials on his truck), but ultimately I think I learned a very hard lesson - ASK HOW MUCH BEFORE A CONTRACTOR STARTS THE WORK!!!! I really feel that the job he did for me was NOT $125 worth. Having said all of that (and I really do not intend for this to be a negative review), I probably would hire Mario and Creative Falls for other landscaping needs. I will just make sure to have better communication with him and get the bid for the

I'm having this contractor build a deck cover and lay pavers and build a cover by the pool.

Good and honest contractor. Answered all my newbie questions about sprinklers and was able to target all areas of my garden where watering was needed, especially in the fruit tree areas. Highly recommended. A++

Mario fixed my fountain within a week of first contacting him. He was professional, friendly and effecient.

He was quick to call and come give an estimate and did a nice job, including fixing some sprinklers on the back hill that were broken but not part of the work.

Very knowledge, professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. Kept us informed on all aspects of project. Installed a new 12 station irrigation timer to replace an old outdated timer. Did the work on a Sunday.

Mario very patiently explained how to fix the problem and how to keep it from happening again.

Mario was very pleasant and easy to work with. He came out on time for the estimate and was able to complete the job the very next day. I will use him again.
