"This is a 20 year lease to own system. Verengo provided the information for the contract, contacted and coordinated work permits with city and our HOA, installed on time and no hidden costs. Our cost is an annual amount, divided monthly and adjusted to the actual amount of generated power we use. The formula is complicated and bothe Verengo and Sunrun need to work on their presentation information. It is was not completely clear to us that we would have two bills; one from California Edison and as well as Sunrun. Our total bill when averaged over the first couple of years has gone down, but we will not see a true reduction until the lease is off. So essentially should we sell the property, the new owners will save. We are making an investment in the property, as well as using solar to the extent we do.
We would have rather had a complete system that eliminated the second bill from Edison, this would make it simpler. Of course, Sunrun will say that they will lock in your rate the recharge you for the power generated at a much lower rate than Edison, but they cannot do so for the first two tiers of the bill. Seems like they should wrap their heads around finding away. It is too complicated the way they currently run it.
We are happy with solar and hope doing our part to save the planet in a small way. That said, it could be a much easier process.

"Trevor is a outstanding representative and was thorough. He gave us a very detailed presentation and told us all our options for solar panels. Great customer service!"

"We found Landmark construction energy crew, after being frustrated in the past from other contractors. From the initial meeting that we had with Charlie, we were impressed. Their values of customer satisfaction and their deliver everything they said. Charlie was the manager of the work and he was on time for all the meetings that we had with him. He was very straight, kindly and motivated to be invited into our house. He came back and took all the measurements that he needed for the kitchen, asked us many questions about what we would like to include in the new kitchen and 3 days after, he brought us a 3D design for us to look at and see how it will most likely look like. It was exciting to see how fast they could generate a nice design. Charlie knew what he’s doing and we were sure he has done this type of jobs many times before. Their prices are reasonable. We wanted our kitchen finished as soon as possible, so we agreed with Charlie to start the following week. That gave us little time to buy all the appliances, hardware, countertops, tiles Etc… Charlie personally went with us to 2 showrooms where we picked out our tiles and countertops. He also helped us to search and buy all the options for the (sink, faucet, hardware and more…). To be honest, I was probably a nightmare type of work. We moved out of our place during the month of the remodeling and we were a little worried that something would go wrong and we would end up on a terrifying remodeling show. Now after this remodeling is over, we can say clearly that is nothing to worry about when Landmark construction energy crew are working at your house. Their workers was clean, friendly, willing to answer questions. I discovered that Charlie visits the job site every few days, but he too sincerely cares about your home. He always called regarding the schedule, timeline or if there was a problem that need to be solved. We asked for changes to the electric wiring after the tiles have been installed. Would I recommend them to others? Absolutely yes. We will refer this company to all our friends."

"Josh is amazing!  He was very helpful and skillful.  We had many things that needed to be installed/repaired.  He completed everything that we asked in a professional manner.

"They did what was expected. They did not bill me any additional charges. They came out within a week after the service purchase. I would use them again.

"This was our first Angie's list experience and it could not have gone better! Not only was the listing thorough and accurate, but the electrician we met was delightful. When Rick arrived we were immediately confident in his expertise and could see he meant to solve our problem with efficiency and fairness. And so he did! He could have made the visit far more complicated and costly, but he used his knowledge and skill to meet our needs and answer our issues as simply as possible. His explanations were clear and he was very friendly and cordial. We will be very pleased to rely this valuable resource in the future!
