"I called Jim in early May to have clearing of limbs that were within 10 feet of my home. There were quite a few big oaks that had to have some major limbs removed and I was quite worried that they did not damage my new deck and parts of the house. Jim proved to have both a good sense of humor but also a great group of workers who handled the job professionally and with great care. We negotiated a price and they came out first thing in the morning on the very next day. Carlos and his crew were professional, efficient are very knowledgeable arborists. After they arrived, we negotiated a price for additional work that we wanted done. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because we had planned on paying with our credit card (HLI's business card states that they accept VISA) but were told they only accept credit cards from commercial accounts. Other than the credit card issue, we were very pleased with their work."
