"They drafted up engineering plans for me to go from a composition shingle roof to a metal roof, added 5 skylights, so they had to calculate and engineer the rafters around the skylights, plus adding a roof cover over the front porch. Their calculations included swapping out the ridge beam to a larger beam and some supports upstairs for the ridge beam. Their turn around time was quick."

"Was contacted directly by Phil quickly after submitting my info. He was at my house the next day. We had him transform our kitchen and bathrooms. He was very professional and prompt with communication. He worked with my wife on all the materials and textures and even finished 2 days earlier than quoted. Very happy with the services and will use Ramapo again!"

While universal design is a proactive process that takes a social justice approach to accessibility for all, ADA accommodations are focused specifically on accessibility for individuals living with disabilities.
