"I recently worked with Design X Architects on a tenant improvement (TI) project. We encountered several difficulties with the city that required design changes that I did not want to make. Design X was able to fight for what I wanted and get it through as is. They have a deep understanding of city codes and zoning, which enabled them to argue back to the city and make our vision a reality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an architect."

"They were great! Very easy to work with"

"I hired this landscape designer to transform my backyard and was thrilled with the end result. The designer was creative, attentive, and provided practical solutions to improve the functionality and beauty of my outdoor space. Highly recommend!"

"These people did an amazing job! Being the guy that I am my house definitely needed some new ideas. I have no clue about interior design, but working with them quickly put me at ease. So if you're looking for a company to guide you in the right direction and create something just for you, go with this interior design company!"

"They drafted up engineering plans for me to go from a composition shingle roof to a metal roof, added 5 skylights, so they had to calculate and engineer the rafters around the skylights, plus adding a roof cover over the front porch. Their calculations included swapping out the ridge beam to a larger beam and some supports upstairs for the ridge beam. Their turn around time was quick."

"The bathroom remodeling was a remarkable transformation, turning our outdated space into a luxurious retreat. We're enamored with the sleek, modern design that enhances our daily routines with elegance and comfort."

"Peter was pleasant and clean in body and in work - he removed his shoes before coming in the house each time he went in or out. He was a half hour late arriving but he did call to let us know. I rated him low on the money scale because he was here ten minutes and fixed the problem however, his price was $100 for the call regardless so I couldn t argue but because I am a senior I thought he may have given me a break as he was here for so short a time. It won t stop me having him back to fix another problem."

"everything was perfec and clean"
