Thankfully, he was both willing and eager to do the work, and able to schedule it for the day after the estimate. The guys showed up on time and finished within 45 minutes. I waited until after the first rains to write this review, and the system performed admirably. It took them three days to return my original call, which is the only thing I can mark them down for. Looks great, crew was respectful and professional, and Edgar and the installers did a great job of communicating where downspouts would be located. Waiting for rain now to see them in action. Next time I would request drop cloths be used in my backyard since we have a pool and bare feet are common. Little metal bits from normal installation were everywhere, but the crew did clean up well enough for any other application where shoe use is expected. All in all I am very happy with the professional results."

His explanations were thorough and he didn't hesitate to ask for our input when a choice was needed. Clean up was complete, even wiping handling smudges off the gutters. We had removed our previous gutters and he hauled them away for us, no extra charge. Our other gutters were more traditional and we really like the cleaner look of the model he recommended and will appreciate the heavier gauge in years to come. A change of layout and different placement of a downspout should take care of the problem. He came up with a plan for a rain gutter and rain chain for a metal awning over our back door.
