His explanations were thorough and he didn't hesitate to ask for our input when a choice was needed. Clean up was complete, even wiping handling smudges off the gutters. We had removed our previous gutters and he hauled them away for us, no extra charge. Our other gutters were more traditional and we really like the cleaner look of the model he recommended and will appreciate the heavier gauge in years to come. Our old gutter had a section where water would overflow. Julio diagnosed the problem as probably having to do with the pitch of the gutters. A change of layout and different placement of a downspout should take care of the problem. He came up with a plan for a rain gutter and rain chain for a metal awning over our back door.
