"I called them based on reviews on Angie's list. They were very responsive and quickly came over to look at our older air conditioning unit that was not working. They said that while they could repair, it was better to replace it with a new one because the unit was too old and repairs could not carry warranty. We agreed. The price quoted was reasonable. Richard and a co-worker did the work. They replaced both the AC and furnace units (Trane) with TempStar. Overall, we found Cool Air team to be professional and knowledgable. We have not yet used the AC given the weather has been nice but we will in summer for sure! There is 1 year warranty on labor and 10 years on the unit."

Gordon identified the problem within 20 minutes or so and provided a quote. Same day repair and completed in less than an hour. Gordon was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Price was very reasonable but it didn't matter as AC and Heating is essential when weather conditions are high and low. I'm happy to have AC again in our hottest temperatures of the summer."
