"After calling several companies to see what they said over the phone, I found Able Rain Gutter to be the most responsive.  Some gutter companies really were not interested in doing repair work to my gutter system, they wanted to steer me into replacing the whole system. Ron at Able suggested that he install splash sheild on all the gutters rather than go to the expense of replacing the existing gutter with new, wider gutters.  They sent and inspector to come out and take a look at the house without me having to be home.  This is a huge help as I was able to go to work.  The inspector dropped off a chart of color options on my front porch so my wife and I could try to match the color as close as possible to the existing color.  We picked a color, called Ron back and he ordered the splash sheild and scheduled our service date.  Able did have to reschedule my gutter service because the forecast showed rain on my scheduled date.
On the morning of the scheduled install Ron called twice to say they were running late due to the first job of the day running longer than expected.  I appreciated those calls.  This caused me to shuffle around my schedule because I wanted to be home when they started working to make sure they stayed off my tile roof, of which we just had replaced major sections.  
It was a good overall experience and I recommend them.  They did leave behind a cordless drill and a box of hardware, which they called to say they would be by to pick up.

"After calling several companies, I decided to choose this one because they were the only ones who explained everything in detail which included making me aware that our roof had multiple layers and these layers needed to be addressed with 2 x4 so it would drain correctly. The colors also matched better to the color of the house and trimming. The company made me aware that they were busy and when the next appointment was available. Within a few days, I had compared quotes and sent the quote signed to accept the work. I received the called the next day and scheduled the appointment. Then they called me to reschedule very early that day because it was raining massively and could be dangerous. I agreed and had the work done at the end of the week. 2 men came over and did all the work very well. They painted the 2 x 4 to the color of the trim and the gutters were installed correctly. No gaps, no leaks, no weird corners or nails lose. The gutters are working well, and my husband and I are extremely happy.

"Julio was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable about rain gutters and accessories like rain chains and rain barrels. His price was very reasonable and time estimate accurate. His explanations were thorough and he didn't hesitate to ask for our input when a choice was needed. Clean up was complete, even wiping handling smudges off the gutters. We had removed our previous gutters and he hauled them away for us, no extra charge. Our other gutters were more traditional and we really like the cleaner look of the model he recommended and will appreciate the heavier gauge in years to come. Our old gutter had a section where water would overflow. Julio diagnosed the problem as probably having to do with the pitch of the gutters. A change of layout and different placement of a downspout should take care of the problem. He came up with a plan for a rain gutter and rain chain for a metal awning over our back door. He's even going to help with an improved layout of a set of rain barrels we have."
