"The hinges on my vinyl privacy gate were broken and the gate was pulling away from the two posts it was connected to and the entire gate was sagging on the driveway and had to be manually lifted to open or close so I could get my car out. I called several gate/fence contractors to give me estimates on the repair. Each one said it was a very poor job to begin with and they didn't know how it could be repaired. None of them could do it. Carl said the same thing except he was so sympathetic and so sorry he couldn't help me. So when I decided I would have to replace the entire gate instead, he was the first one I called back to get an estimate for complete replacement. When he arrived, rather than give me a price, he examined the gate again and said there must be something he can do to fix it and wanted to think about it some more. He came up with a plan. Came back in a couple of days with the material and equipment and fixed my gate! He did what at least six contractors said couldn't be done. He saved me over $1,000. He called me in a few days to make sure everything was o.k. and that the electric motor contractor was able to adjust the motor. But that's not the end of it. During our recent storms (January), the hurricane strength winds forced the gate open and broke the bracket that is welded into the gate from the motor and is the arm that swings the gate. I couldn't open the gate, straighten the arm or pull it off from the gate. I couldn't get my car out of my driveway. The motor contractor wouldn't come out until the rains had stopped. I finally called Carl and explained the situation even though I knew fixing this was not his area of work. He came over almost immediately and dismantled the motor from the gate and the gate was free. When the rains stop, I will get the electric motor person out to hopefully weld it back. This was way above and beyond the call of duty for Carl. He wouldn't even accept payment for a service call. He said people don't help each other enough, and I needed help. I really don't know what I would have done without him. Can't say enough about what a fine person he is."

"Jesus and his team are great and very professional. Having never shopped for interior railings before, we quickly discovered it was not as easy as picking up something from Home Depot. We called a few places and prices were really high. Then we eventually found Jesus. Prices were great. He and his team were very responsive. They did a home visit to measure and show me an example of the material. Production was estimated three weeks, but ended up being shorter. The install involved welding and looked pretty complex. But they were in and out in less than a day. I would advise checking the height on your current rails to reference for the new railings. There are city codes to keep in mind, but it was helpful for us to share the height reference with them. I would definitely recommend this team if you need new rails."
