"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"Wanted to take a couple minutes out of the day to say thank you to SoCal Builders&Design particularly to our contractor, Ilan. He did a great job completing our ADU conversion. Ran into a major hick up due to the whole COVID19 issue but he kept us informed and ensured that work did not stop once construction started. Ilan kept us informed of how the whole process was going to be from start to finish. He did not go over our set budget and numbers didn’t change from what our initial contract was. Even after the job was completed he continued to follow up to ensure everything was good and ensured that he sent out his workers for any small issues that may had come up. Ilan was a very friendly and reliable person. We are very grateful for his help with this home improvement project.
