"Do not use these guys. If you read the reviews the last few years they have gone down hill. We started this project 03/2020. I had to request that they stop working on my project 05/2021. They made several submittals to the city of Rancho Cucamonga starting off with the wrong department, and every submittal has been marked incomplete and incorrect. The city has rejected each submittal. Before you even think of using this firm contact the California Architecture Board (CAB). There is a formal investigation into incompetence and violations from this firm. Over a year and close to $20K and i have nothing except an incomplete error filled job package that the city can not use. And now he wants another $16k to close the job. They can not even keep track of payments that have been made to their firm. Dale claims the project is 90% complete, what was submitted was 50% short of the requirements. If I were to pay the $16k I would be paying him more than the contracted price of a completed project. He has even threatened to put a lien on my property. Do your homework, read all of the reviews, contact me through yelp if you have an hour or two to hear of all the issues i have had with this guy. Contact the board. But Run, Run, Run away."
