From the very first, we were impressed with the visit by Gil Nieto, representing Western Pacific Painting Co.

Gil was dressed in a polo shirt, with a logo representing his company, and painter?s pants.  In preparing his bid he used a measuring device and prepared the bid immediately at our house.  Very professional.  He second to none.

Gil?s employees were the most friendly for whatever we asked for, such as ?what exactly are you going to paint??, ?how many coats??, etc.  They were totally professional and went out of their way to accommodate us.

As far as we are concerned, you could not find a more professional painting company who covered every detail and demonstrated an excellent work ethic.

We give them the maximum grade available and would go higher if the evaluation scale permitted it.

As usual, We have used this provider multiple times.  I do not have one negative thing to say.  They prepped and protected all surfaces.  Their painting technique is impeccable. They cleaned up after themselves.  I did not have to ask them to do one thing that they were suppose to do and didn't.

Gilbert came by and gave a very reasonable estimate on the job. His crew started right on (the promised) time, even being here early all week. They spent several days prepping the house, garage, and fence/gates. They were very organized and thorough. They cleaned up everyday. There was good communication and were happy to answer any questions we had. We have several awnings and they carefully removed them and replaced after the painting was completed. The house was completed on time. I would recommend Western Pacific (Gilbert and crew- Sergio and Armando) to anyone. Good job!

Gil and his team did a wonderful job. Their attention to detail was exemplary. They were very respectful of us and our home. They spent nearly a week in our home and began to fill like family. In the months since the painting was completed, I continue to notice little details that impress me. Great job!

The job took three days because the walls did require plenty of patching.  The crew was responsive to my concerns about the quality of the underlying paint and plaster, making sure to scrape off bad paint wherever I pointed it out and apply a good skim coat; if they were annoyed by my obsessiveness, they didn't express it.  Prep work also included puttying nail holes and caulking new crown moldings in the bedrooms.  The actual painting went quickly thereafter and went well.  They do a good job of covering furniture & floors, and cleanup afterwards.  When I did a walk through with Gilbert, he noticed a couple hallway cabinet doors hadn't been painted and had his worker take care of those quickly - I appreciate the honesty because I hadn't noticed the doors.  The price was much lower than the quote I was given by the contractor who did our master suite 2 years ago.  I will definitely use Gilbert again when it comes time to paint our downstairs and outdoors.

As an architect, I'm more experienced with construction than most.  In this case the technical expertise was excellent & the finished work was first rate.  The 3 man crew was personable, fast & efficient, as was the owner Gilbert.  I'd be happy to use them again, & refer them to others.

They did a great job and were responsive to any questions that I had.  We are still getting compliments on the job they did.

Western Pacific did a fabulous job.  Painters were thorough and conscientious.  They  cleaned up every day, very careful of the tile roof.

Well, from start to finish, prep was great and the complete job was awesome.

They had to come back and redo two walls.  One in the bedroom and one in the front room because the first painter did not use enough paint so you could see the roller marks.  I told him I would not pay him until I could see the work.  He was there and there was no question that it was not done right.  He had to redo it himself.  I then had to come back to look at it to make sure it was done correctly. 

Crew did good work and the results were great.

Mr. Nieto was very professional with his inspection and work proposal. Everything was written up in a contract, all work was explained, and call backs were prompt. Mr. Nieto and his crew arrived when they said they would and got to work right away. Everything was done with utmost care and detail. Mr. Nieto made sure to have us move our cars far enough away so that paint could not blow onto them. We appreciated the fact that upon departure, all materials were neatly put away or cleaned up. 
This type of quality work is rarely seen these days. Not only did Western Pacific Painting Company do a fantastic job, they completed it in 2 days. We will be recommending this company to all of our friends and will continue to use them in the future.

Gil arrived on time as usual.  He prepped ,  masked the area to be painted.    He painted the area quickly but did a great job.
When done he cleaned up his mess.  I couldn't  have been more pleased with his work.

The team at Western Pacific Painting did a great job on my home. The crew is professional and seasoned. When they show up in the morning, they start working. They even asked to come a little earlier the second day (my HOA had some restrictions on start times so as not to disturb neighbors)...I'm impressed by people who want to get out of bed and get things done!
I was told the job would take three days and what would occur on each of those days. The job went off like clockwork. The guys kept the work site clean, the paint job looked great when it was done, and the price versus the job that was done represented a real value.
I know one passing neighbor asked for Western Pacific's business card while they were doing the job, a few weeks ago another neighbor asked who painted my house, and just today, while out in my garage, another member of the community stopped as they were driving by and asked who had painted my house (three months after the work was done)!
I recommend Western Pacific and will use them again when needed.

They were respectful of our belongings by protecting everything.  They arrived on time and finished when they said they would.It was totally uneventful and stress free.

They were prompt showing up, and they did the work quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly. I had a little bit of a challenge making payments because of my location and theirs and they were flexible with me and making that work. The quality of the job was excellent.
