Kody and Ben removed the damaged ceiling and wall material, replaced the insulation and drywall, and did an excellent job of smoothing and prepping for painting. "They (specifically Isreal) was great in terms of what I view are honesty, work ethic, and workmanship. He kept me informed of all facets of the repair work and what was done wrong previously (I bought a townhome and I was not original owner, prior owner had work done to repair water damage to living ceiling and the source of the water was not only not fixed but the duct for the heating/air was damaged as well), he fixed the leak and the damaged duct (no charge). Only thing was that the original quoted price was a little high but given the quality of the work I would say it was worth it."
