I began doing rain gutter and downspout installations back in 1986. Soon, I realized that there was a need for this great product, thus the business idea came to mind. As soon as was possible, I studied for and passed the test for a c-43 contractors license, which allows me to work as a California contractor in the sheet metal trade. In 1997, the company was incorporated. I built the company slowly, always keeping quality in mind. Our employees are paid on an hourly basis, encouraging them to do it right. They are also insured by workman's compensation insurance. We hand-cut our mitres, 90 degree or custom angles. For years, the competition talked this method down, saying that it wouldn't hold up as well as their box mitres. Now, many other companies hand-cut mitres. Our machinery is cleaned and fine-tuned regularly. We know that it makes for a better finished product, a longer lasting system and it makes our job easier to do. A win win win situation.
