They came around 45 minutes late because of the traffic around 6:00 pm. I am actually glad they came. They were very polite an professional and explained to me that previous repaired was not done correctly and the wrong kind of pipe was used. Metal residues or what looked like it were build up.. The cleared the clog and replaced the valve of the sewer outlet.. He explained to me the sewer outlet was very old and there were lots of derbies from deterioration residues.. They replaced the part which is outside the wall. The had to go to store to get the right size valve. They were very clean. I am happy for the work. He gave me advice what not to put in the garbage disposal and explained the plumbing of my house to me. The whole job did not take very long. I definitely would use their service again."
