"Evil scammers of the elderly ! These people are sick, taking advantage of seniors on a fixed income with a decline in cognitive thinking as well as Diabetic complications ! I am the homeowners caretaker and son, over 2yrs ago these SCAMMERS took $14000 from my dad to fix a clogged toilet ! ! ! I just found this out. They saw an easy target and ripped my dad off. Instead of snaking and pitting a camera down the toilet, they tore up the front yard. THEY DIDNT REPLACE ANYTHING ! They removed 1 of 2 Darin pipes. IDK why. THE IDIOTS also cut the discharge pipe for the pool [Expletive removed] U MORONS ! They then found a WATER LEAK under the driveway. WHY ARE YOU LOOkiNG FOR A WATER LEAK ! We wanted a toilet unclogged. The workers were [Expletive removed] and didn't even check to see if the clogg was fixed. BEWARE THEY SCAM THE ELDERLY ! ! The toilet never worked after all that. The other toilet is upstairs and is hard for my elderly parents to use. These guys are thrives, everyone contact them and ask why they treat our seniors like this. FIX MY [Expletive removed] TOILET !"

We discussed alternative and, with the exposing of before unseen corrosion, I decided it most economical and expeditious to replace the old copper with pex. Naomi advised me of the preference to copper but unfortunately I was at my budget limit. The work was performed quite expertly, quickly, with tons of care to reduce the drywall repairs that will be needed after and, most importantly to me precisely on a very reasonable budget considering the amount of time and effort made to fix the issue. I will definitely be keeping MPD Plumbing in my contacts. Hopefully I won’t need them anytime soon but it’s good to have a plumber you can trust to be on time, do great work and stay on estimated budget! I had a couple other plumbers look at the job, and they didn’t want to touch it because it was a monster task, that was complicated! Dave and his crew knew exactly how to tackle the job. The inspector looked at the work and said (no joke) “ They should take pictures of this work and put it in plumbing textbooks”. They were: fast Clean Reasonable On time Very happy with this company. I’ve recommended them many times and everyone have been thrilled with their work."

"Found A &M Electronic thru Angi. Armen was tech that came out on 5/2/25. He stated was blower thag was not working (appliance also has a condenser). He stated would order part - would take a couple days. Also mentioned that if it needed sensors that sould be about $75 more on price He gave me. I pd him $100 deposit forservice call (which was $79 for service call) thru zelle . Was called on 5/5 (part was in) and he returned on 5/7 to replace part. He had informed me part (s) was only 30 days. My error - I didn't ask about labor warranty Later that day I opened refrigerator and temputure gage was showing freeze temp was set at H then changed to 1. I called him Thursday morning to inform him. His response was "I didn't work on freezer." It is one appliance . Asked him to call me as to when he could return. No call back. I called him Monday morning. Again his response was "I didn't work on freezer ".I told him temp gauge was not doing that on freezer only refrigerator prior to service. He stated he could come out on Thursday between 10-11 am. I stated ok then called back to inquire if I was going to be charged another service charge .He stated "Well I will charge you 50% cause I have to drive 2hrs to get to my place".At that point I just let him know to not come and I will try to find another service and/or solution."
