Carl Durst and his son did a great job installing our dishwasher and ceiling fans, including running new electrical wiring. They we're professional, efficient, and communicative throughout the process, everything was worked perfectly and the work was clean and high quality.

Carl has been our go-to contractor for many years. He did my grandmother’s flooring, patio rebuild, foundation restructuring on a hillside home after an earthquake, and much more. He did a patio addition for my mother-in-law. He has done many jobs for myself: resetting toilets, redoing doors, repairs on appliances, mechanical work, plumbing, flooring, and structural maintenance and repairs to name just some of the work he has done for me. I have personally seen his work from the 1980’s and on and have never been disappointed at all. His ability to create and redesign an area to be more functional is always great and beautiful as well.

This project added a new 3/4 bath where a laundry room had been. The laundry was moved an adjacent room. The job was done with all required permits and completed in a timely fashion.

Carl has done a number of projects for me and my family over the years, and he always does great work. He is extremely versatile, and has done everything from installing appliances to fixing bathroom vents, concrete work to piping. Carl is one of the few people my dad trusted to work on our house. Carl has also fixed my window locks, put a new screen on my bedroom window, installed new toilets in my bathrooms, and installed a doggy door in my backdoor for my dog. He also installed my washer and dryer for me and even fixed my car.
