I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. We had originally worked with two other contractors and our city for 15 months and all we had to show for the time and money spent was a huge hole and an even bigger pile of dirt in our backyard. When Ovi, the Creative Home Remodeling Project Manager, answered our call for an estimate, he was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also compassionate about all we had been through. He gave us a fair estimate to complete the job, but also his word that they would not give up until the job was complete and we were fully satisfied. Working with our city was very challenging, but they never gave up, meeting every requirement to gain approval and keeping us informed every step of the way. When we finally obtained approval, they immediately got to work, and the job was completed within a couple of weeks.
