"It was great. I needed a quick repair on a few panels as they were lifting up in high traffic areas. Juan explained more than once that it would only be a tempory fix unless the foundation was first corrected but for me, that was going to have to wait. Until that time, at least I won't be tripping over the floor now! Work was fast and he was able to come by on the weekend. Hopefully he can do another room for us in the future! Thanks so much."

Good - the carpet is great and they did a fantastic job on the installation. It looks wonderful.

The only annoying thing is that they charge extra for everything, including $100 a room to move and replace your furniture. That seemed like a lot. We are seniors and can't move it ourselves, and $100 for both rooms would have seemed more reasonable. But the installers were excellent - they did everything right and cleaned up after themselves nicely.
