Good - the carpet is great and they did a fantastic job on the installation. It looks wonderful.

The only annoying thing is that they charge extra for everything, including $100 a room to move and replace your furniture. That seemed like a lot. We are seniors and can't move it ourselves, and $100 for both rooms would have seemed more reasonable. But the installers were excellent - they did everything right and cleaned up after themselves nicely.

"After we ordered the carpet we received a call that one of the colors was not available.  Kelly offered an alternate carpet which we accepted.  We were pleased with the selection.  However, during installation the installer told us that there was not enough carpeting material for the master bedroom closet.  But there was more than enough for that section by using the carpeting from another bedroom.  We said okay to using the different color since it's in the closet and close enough in color (blue and aquamarine) not to be a distraction.  But I did wonder how the two measurements were not correct.

"We found! Floors On First on Angie's List. Bob came to our house and talked to us. He gave us an estimate. He was very helpful ! He helped us make our decision. we put in Inhaus laminate,Haywood Hickory on the whole bottom floor of of our house. We put in new baseboards. "I had coupon for 3 rooms + hallway----I seem to recall it was for $125.. Carpets were badly stained, and required DEEP cleaning. Once he was there, he agreed to do whole apt. for $100, which was far below even his extremely reasonable "coupon" price.
Not only was his price unbelievably low, but he was timely, courteous, AND his work made the apartment look like it had just been re-carpeted!!
This service was TERRIFIC in every respect.
