I only gave a .5 star because I could not give it .0 star on everything. Alex, from Express Carpet called me back and set up an appointment to arrive at 9:00 am on a Monday morning. When he was a *no show*. I called him back and he told me that he was just getting off the freeway, he had to stop and get gas, and would be at my home soon. Alex never showed and never called me back to cancel. Very unprofessional! I had to call another company. Looking at the other reviews for this company makes me wonder if they are legit? Do not waste your time calling them!
