He returned after lunch (as promised) and repaired a 2' drywall tape separation near the top of my vaulted ceiling (about 20' up). He noticed other minor drywall imperfections around the house and promptly repaired those as well for the original price. He was prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, friendly and professional. There was NO post acostic ceiling removal mess for me to clean like EVERYONE told me I would have! They were so meticulous with their taping off and covering that the entire job was painless for me.
