ASC certified mechanic. Repairs were made by appointment. He came to the house on time, replaced my water pump, and charged a fair price. He was thorough and made sure he inspected his work before leaving.

Went without any major problems.  Heater was attached to a water soft machine, one of the connectors broke and they bdid not have one, had to order and return to fix.  This did not cause any problem, a bypass was made, and the heater was able to be used.

Truck went in when scheduled,was done in timely manner, they spent sometime with me discussing future needs and I made arrangement to have water pump and radiator repaired..which also was done at a reasonable price and finiahed on time.
