Went without any major problems. Heater was attached to a water soft machine, one of the connectors broke and they bdid not have one, had to order and return to fix. This did not cause any problem, a bypass was made, and the heater was able to be used.

We had to call in an emergency because a different contractor had replaced the toilet. The next day we found a puddle around the toilet and because it was leaking before the shut-off valve we had to call Hearts. The plumber did a good job replacing the valve and the faucets. I always call Hearts if I need a plumber.

He demanded payment with out finishing his work!! I asked for a credit. the scope was to install gas line to a stove, Drierand a water heather ready to install the appliances, he came back with air pressure test only with no shut off valves or reducers to fitt the valves..... I waited for his crew to show up to complete the scope he never even call to let me know that he wasn't coming, therefore I completed the scope and ask ask for a credit. of 147.00 materials and labor to what heis office response was ththe could it done it in half hour and 6 dollars in materials I have receipts from home depot any way not much more to said will not ever use his services ever again!!!!!

"Mr. [removed member name] accepted a verbal contract, which is common. He then called back after verbal contract and attempted to move water heater indoors to an illegal location. He changed his mind when an increase in cost was discussed. He agreed to purchase the permit himself, he did not want to pay me to get it. Are you really a contractor sir? Job was performed in six hours plumber/helper as bid. Passed inspection by city, this was our agreement. My office called Mr. [removed member name] repeatedly to finish the water heater 36" from meter as we agreed. He forgot his checkbook when cornered on site. Mr. [removed member name] proceeded to move the water heater ten more feet on his own, which has not been inspected by the city. He has yet to pay one cent of his bill. Sound familiar? I would not work for this person again. However, he was very friendly until it was time to pay his bill. D+"

I called in the morning around 9:00am and I had a plumber at my house by 10am. Prompt professional service. They were extremely fast and efficient!

It was an emergency and they came quicker than I thught they could, fixed the pipe and even made helpfull suggestion to make another break less likely

Service techs came in and evaluated the problem. They called the problem into the home warranty company, and after they got approval,they repaired the problem within minutes. It took less time to repair that it took to approve the repairs.

I called at about 1030am they told me they would be there after 12pm. I waited until 530 to call again because they hadn't showed up yet. They said they would be there as soon as possible. They showed up just after 6pm. The repair job only to 20min. They also insulated the pipe so it wont happen again. All in all it was good service. I'd call them again.

We have had tons of work done by Heart Plumbing. From a simple snaking to major pipe burst repairs. They have always been prompt and have let us make payments on large repairs. He really is the only plumber with a heart. He takes time to get to know our family. I have always received excellent service from this company and I refer them all the time to my friends and family. They are a 24/7 company and have even come out late at night for a burst pipe we had. I highly recommend this company!!

He was really rude. He basically told me that he wanted to get my money and get out of here. We had him come out twice to fix the problem. He did not even clean up the mess. The office staff was nice and let us use a payment plan.
