It was great. Went online to sign authorization to look over my vehicle for estimate of cost. Got an estimate date of at least a week and a half. Tech would call me every other day to let me know status of repair. Actually got it done in a week so was happy about it. Only thing is really give a good check to your vehicle before leaving the place. Turned out the damage wasnt just cosmetic but my rack and pinion had a leak on both ends.

They are reliable because we have used them a few times. They are very fair with pricing. They are very professional. The quality of work is awesome.

They were excellent. The reason I like them is that they are new around here as far as the building goes. I went there and had an insurance with a company. It was the insurance company representative who made everything look simple with getting the estimate and working with them. I liked that. I got the car by end of the week. I liked the people that I spoke with. They were competent and very informative. I was really impressed with them.

Overall, my vehicle damage was repaired well and it looks brand new. I received a picture of the vehicle every day and a phone call updating the status.

Low speed impact, so there was no other damage than some scrapes and cracks in the bumper, after exchanging insurance information, my insurer recommended I go to caliber collision centers.
At the vehicle drop off, the service guy identified the pre-existing damage, and marked the hood as chipped/bugs/dings rather than identifying each bit of damage. The car came back the same way I gave it to them, so no troubles, but I wasn't very fond of a blanket statement of damage to my car. They quoted me a day or two for the work, and I picked up the rental. The shop was very busy, as I think it's one of my insurance companies preferred repair shops for this area, so the wait was a little annoying, about 15-20 minutes to drop off, and again at pick up.The car was ready the same day, as it was a simple bumper swap. They did an excellent job matching the paint, and it looks exactly like it did before. All in all, a pretty good experience.

The folks at Caliber Collision (both in Killeen and Copperas Cove) were highly professional, friendly, and provided great customer service. I went on a Monday; JC, the service representative set up my service for the very next morning. Because the Killeen location was backed up, they sent my vehicle to the Copperas Cove location so I could get it back earlier. I was able to drop my car off in Killeen and pick up a rental car at the same location. Mark at the Copperas Cove location kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle repair throughout the process. My car was returned to me with a lifetime guarantee of the work.
