Originally there were trees running through the cottage and surrounding deck, but the trees had to be removed. Felipe patched the hole in, and replaced the shingles on, the roof; replaced the ceiling wood planks and installed new flooring inside the cottage; replaced the surrounding deck; designed and built new stairs going up the hill; and reinforced the support for the whole structure. Also installed a mini split (combination air conditioner/ heat pump). Workmanship was outstanding, lots of attention to detail. The crew arrived promptly at the stated time and were very polite. Once started, they worked without interruption until the project was complete (~2 weeks). Very thorough clean-up. Communication with Felipe was excellent. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"
