The team of men did a wonderful job. The team removed lawn , replaced it with rock and fertilized, seeded and aerated the lawn. They were on time, communication was 💯, couldn’t have asked for a better team.

OK with some, but not others. First he quoted me $550. I asked him what he was going to do for that because it was about twice what I have ever paid for the same work. He mentioned the clean up and bushes and said he was going to REPLACE the defective sprinklers. I asked "replace the whole sprinkler or just the tips?" He replied the whole sprinkler. Therefore, i agreed to pay him the outrageous amount because of the extra sprinkler work involved. So the result is I got ripped off. Andres is a liar just like all so called gardeners I have had here. He had a helper that did a great job with the weeds and leaves. Bushes were trimmed okay,, but the sprinkler system is no better than it was. Andres did not replace sprinklers (perhaps one) and I saw him run around with a bag of tips to replace. He is a fraud and I do not recommend that people hire him. Makes me wonder about all the good reviews he has on Angie's. Are they as phony as Andres is?
