Eric Wise returned my call and came out to the house on Wednesday and provided me with a proposal and bid that I considered reasonable and accepted on the spot. Eric and his crew showed up early Thursday morning and were done about noon. The crew took the time to test and adjust the sprinkler heads and clean up after themselves before leaving

Rudy diagnosed the problem quickly that my valves were bad and too low in the groubd causing the sprinklers to drain back into the valve area so hr suggested making them above ground.Even though I gave him the wrong number he came to my house right on time. Rudy brought an assistant to speed up the work who is just ad experienced as rudy. The work took about 4 hours because of the amount if digging and piping that needed to be done. That dame day I had my sprinklers fixed and up and running. I am very happy with the completed job and plan to hire rudy again anytime I have sprinkler problems

"It was the holidays and he's just too busy. He canceled an appointment. I think it was a combination of the holidays and everything else plus it was a small job for my house. I'm going to do something independently. We shared emails bur couldn't seem to button anything done. The quote was reasonable but he kind of dropped the ball. Sometimes he was responsive and sometimes he wasn't. The rains are upon us and I don't have time to wait. He was punctual when he showed up.
