The finished job was very well done at a fair and reasonable price. The crew was on time, knew what they were doing, and completed the work as scheduled and as promised. "While Michael the owner was responsive when it came to the actual scheduled job he sent a much junior technician whom I certainly did not expect because he did not tell me. They were supposed to contact me before he showed up but there was no advance call, luckily I was home at the time. The tech did his job and was about to just leave without showing/telling me about how it works or what he installed. I had to ask him about the installation so I can be sure I knew how the equipment operated and if there's anything I needed to know about the install. In the end my opinion is the attic fan was a waste of money and my time. We don't notice any difference in the interior temperature of our house when it's hot. When I inquired about a refund (within 30 days of the install), Michael said he would offer $89 refund for the equipment and not the install. And to think if I didn't use Angie's list, this would have cost me several more hundred dollars. An expensive lesson learned!

"Carlos did a great job fixing my gates, painting them and resetting latches so they worked better. This is the second time he has come to fix and paint the gates! At some point I may have to replace part of one gate and I will gladly have him do the work. I really appreciate the fact that he didn’t try to ‘sell me’ on doing it right away since patching and painting would work for now. He also painted a bathroom for me and it looks terrific. Carlos showed up with the paint and managed to prep, paint and clean up in just a few hours! He is very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient and I will certainly use him in the future. This remodeling project came out to be such a wonderful entertaining spot of the house and I strongly recommend them."
