I have heard from friends that contractors left them in the lurch for months while sorting things out and waiting for other jobs to be completed. This was definitely not the case. Our entire job from the first phone call to finish was completed in less than three weeks (including our week long trip out of town) by this awesome team. These guys are probably not the cheapest, and if that is your priority please take into consideration the following. Change orders were handled without any drama and two punch list items (microwave installation and cabinet/drawer pulls) were both completed without additional cost. "Stop! Your quest to find the best floor installer has been met. Anthony Spinelli owner of ADS, runs his business with hard work, passion and integrity. Commitment to a job well done. My job was a whole house demo and tile installation. The tile I chose was a large (26x30) hexagon. Hexagon can be quite challenging, so I needed the best installer I could find. I was impressed that Tony came out to measure and quote my job. One of my hurdles was that I could find no baseboards that worked well with the matte black tile. Tony solved this my having his crew custom cut baseboards using my floor tile. The top edge was finished with matte black metal stripping. It looks amazing. Monique the office manager was so easy to reach and she was quickly able to address all of my questions and concerns. My crew of four Martin, Danny, Xavier and Fabian arrived on time. They were on point with their work. The skill and attention to detail was unsurpassed. Sincere thanks to Tony, Monique and the fabulous four- Martin, Danny, Xavier and Fabian. "Considering that they didn't have much to work with the job turned out okay. The previous home owners had apparently used an inexperienced tile person to update the shower and the work was not done well. Eran and his crew had to reattach a shelf and do some regrouting. Their work was difficult because of the state of the shower. I wish they could have done miracles, but at least the shelf is reattached. The grout is still in the curing stage so we are not sure how it will look when that is all done. They were right on time for the appointment and worked quickly. The main issue I have with this company is that the listing on Angie's List says that they accept charge cards. When the work was done and I tried to pay with Visa, Eran said he only accepts cash or check. This was new information. So be aware that if you do business with this company you will have to pay by cash or check. I think their information on Angies List should be updated to remove the credit option if that is no longer available."

"The whole procedure was too simplified than I was expecting.
Basically, he seems to clean one section and not the other.
Simply got some type of wax and buffed the granite...that's it.
I am not sure if the service was worth the cost.

"Enner and his team were wonderful. Under difficult circumstances due to my condo buildings strict rules Enner managed to get my job done under that had a tight deadline as I wanted the work done before I moved in to my condo. He picked up the tile I had purchased from the store and set to work removing the carpet and installing the tile in my bedrooms and closets. Because my condo is in an older building we discovered that the floor was far from flat. The guys made sure to level my floor whilst laying the tile. Enner and his guys were conscientious, hard workers and kept everything neat and clean. If Enner was unsure of anything he always phoned me to make sure he was on the right path as I was out of state when he started the job. His tile work is stunning and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Enner and the team at Universal Marble, Tile and Granite."
