"Considering that they didn't have much to work with the job turned out okay. The previous home owners had apparently used an inexperienced tile person to update the shower and the work was not done well. Eran and his crew had to reattach a shelf and do some regrouting. Their work was difficult because of the state of the shower. I wish they could have done miracles, but at least the shelf is reattached. The grout is still in the curing stage so we are not sure how it will look when that is all done. They were right on time for the appointment and worked quickly. The main issue I have with this company is that the listing on Angie's List says that they accept charge cards. When the work was done and I tried to pay with Visa, Eran said he only accepts cash or check. This was new information. So be aware that if you do business with this company you will have to pay by cash or check. I think their information on Angies List should be updated to remove the credit option if that is no longer available."

"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. I was having a dinner party this past weekend, and got more than one comment about how great the floors looked. If you are torn about which company to use, I feel confident in saying that you will get quality work done without time wasted with these guys."

They did an excellent job of covering all floors including stairs from outside to the work site and cleaned up perfectly when finished. The end result was substantially better then the original. The price was somewhat higher than other offers but worth the extra."

"Ken and his staff were fantastic from beginning to end. He made the process so easy and he was always up front and transparent about the service and prices. We had our bathroom remodeled last year and the previous contractor did such a poor job, we had to have new tile installed again. The difference between the two contractors was night and day.
