"Great craftsmen: detailed, organized, and punctual. I'd recommend their services. However the back office personnel needs better customer interface and training. The paperwork was not reviewed and had errors in important details. She also did not understand the terms that were agreed upon. "The whole procedure was too simplified than I was expecting.
Basically, he seems to clean one section and not the other.
Simply got some type of wax and buffed the granite...that's it.
